I have had a music shop for a few years and it requires a lot of my own time. I wanted something that allowed me to spend more time with my kids and Jorge showed me how to do it.

I bought 2 flats in Liverpool. Jorge always says that we had to add value to the property no matter what.

So we made one extra bedroom and redecorated the whole bathroom to give it a luxurious feel to it and installed a brand new kitchen.

Both flats are now rented through a company that operates them as service accommodation and I’m getting a guaranteed rent for 3 years of £850 per flat.

I always wanted to invest some money in real estate the book was very helpful and straight forward, it explained the different types of properties that can be purchased and the different strategies used.
