Yesterday was a good day.. we went to the Colombian Consulate as we are planning an entrepreneurial event in benefit of the community..

I'd like to think that with the work we do, we help people achieve their dreams... at the end is not so much about property but about changing lives...

HONEY I CAN'T FIND THE KEY..

I seriously need to find a key organiser!!! LOL

So managing property is​​​​​​​ no different from managing any business... you have your customers. (tenants)... you have your products (properties)... you need to do your marketing (to get properties and tenants) you need to maintain your operations (your maintenance team...), etc..

But as with any business you must focus on ensuring everything runs to your standards but not falling into the trap of doing the legwork yourself...​​
