Your life in Quality would be a lot easier without all those problems, wouldn’t it?. Yes, I know, it would be ideal but unfortunately is not that easy. Companies need people, people create systems, systems get outdated with the change in requirements, but overall, systems get destroyed by short sighted actions and “solutions” implemented which only look to fix the problem at hand without analyzing the effects a single change, supposedly simple, can have over the whole system.
